Educational Qualification: Post graduate/graduate with MBA or PGDIM with minimum 2 years of working experience as a Human Resource executive in public/private organization OR as a Placement officer in a reputed Institute/College/University offering degree programmes in engineering /technology. Candidate should have good communication skills and a good academic record.
