CHHATTISGARH PUBLIC  COMMISSION, RAIPUR

Office of Chhattisgarh Public Commission, Raipur invites applications for filling up the post of Stenographer-3  by direct recruitment process. Willing candidates, who are eligible for this recruitment, may submit their application by post / speed post / courier / hand to hand at proper address on or before 25th November 2011. Further details as eligibility criteria, process to apply etc are as follow:

Post Name and No. of vacant posts:

1. Stenographer-3 Hindi: 02 in which 01 for General and 01 for ST candidates.

2. Stenographer-3 English: 01 for General category candidates.

Scale of Pay: Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-

Educational qualification for Stenographer Grade-III Hindi:

i) Graduate from recognized University.

ii) Having certificate of Hindi Shorthand with 80 w/m of speed and 30 w/m speed of type writing from recognized Institution.

iii) Post Graduation Diploma in Computer from recognized University / Institution of State or Central Government.

Essential qualification for Stenographer Grade-III English:

i) The candidates must qualify PGDCA in Computer from any Institution which recognized by either State or Central Government / University.

ii) Having passing certificate of English Shorthand with 120 w/m and Type Writing speed of 30 w/m from recognized Shorthand and Type Writing Board or its equivalent.

Age limit (as on 1st January 2012): between 21 years and 30 years for General Category candidates. There is 35 years of upper age limit for the candidates who are residential of Chhattisgarh and any other reserved category candidates will get relaxation by as per Government norms.

Enclosures: Attested copies of the certificate of educational qualification, age proof, residential proof, mark sheet of SSC or HSC and self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 10/-.
