Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Kolkata invites Eligible and desired Candidates for Walk in Interview to be held on 21 November, 2011 for filling up the position of  project linked person. The details regarding this Job is as follow -

Project Title – ” Growth Curve Estimation in Restricted set-up”

Unit – Theoretical Statistics &  Mathematics

Educational Qualification -Candidate should be Post Graduate in Agriculture/ Statistics/ Computer Application/ Or, Bachelor in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or other equivalent degree from any Institute/ University which should be recognized by Government.  Candidate should have regular excellent record with their education.  Candidates having awareness of programming in Computer Science and knowledge of various packages of Statistics will be preferred.

Limitation of Age – Max 35 Years as reckoned on 01 st of September, 2011. Relaxation in Age will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Female as per Govt. rules and regulations.

Salary - Rs. 15000/- (Fixed ) Per month.

Nature and Period of Job – This Job is on Contractual basis. Selected Candidates will work till 31 st March 2012 after their joining. The period of Job can be increase depends on financial availability and performance of Candidates.
