Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDONER) invites applications from experts or retired Government Servants for appointment on the following positions. The recruitment is on contract basis for a period of 01 year for the setting up of an internal project management unit for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) assisted North Eastern States Road Investment Programme (NESRIP). Consultant (Finance) – ( Salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month)
No. of vacant posts: 01
Required educational qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce / A qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with at least 05 years of relevant post qualification experience and working knowledge of computer application, MS office including Excel, Access etc.
Needed experience: Retired Government Employees with minimum 05 years of working experience in the rank of Sr. Accounts officer or Accounts officer.
Consultant (MIS) – (Salary: 30,000/- pm)
No. of posts: 01
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering / IT.
Required Experience: having 05 years of professional experience in Information needs Analysis, MIS Development, Data base, IT strategic Planing, and /or IT Network Development.
Consultant (Procurement) – ( Proposed fee per month of Rs. 30,000/-)
No. of posts: 01
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Experience: the candidates should have 05 years experience of procurement / tender work in the Government.
Consultant (Technical) – (Salary per month of Rs. 40,000/-)
No. of vacant posts: 01
Educational qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience in the implementation and management of Roads or highway projects and having working knowledge of computer application.
Experience: Retired Government Employees with minimum 05 years of relevant experience of working in the rank of Superintending Engineer / above.
Project Coordinator – (Salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month)
No. of vacant posts: 01
Essential qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in the implementation and management of roads / highway projects and working knowledge of computer application.
Required experience: Retired Government employees with 05 years of relevant working experience in the rank of Chief Engineer.
Project Assistants – (Salary: Rs. 18,000/- pm)
Total no. of vacant posts: 04
Essential qualification: Bachelor Degree with Diploma in computer
Experience: having minimum 03 years of experience as Secretarial Assistant.
Consultant and Project Coordinator – maximum 65 years
Project Assistant – should be not more than 40 years.
